Tanzworkshop Waving mit Pez am 30.05.2026!
Dieser Waving-Workshop fokussiert sich auf die Verfeinerung der Technik und ein tieferes Verständnis für kontinuierliche Bewegung. Du lernst, Kontinuität, Klarheit und Kontrolle beizubehalten, während sich die Wave durch den Körper bewegt.
Wir erforschen, wie sich die Wave durch den Raum bewegt – mit verschiedenen Richtungen, Ebenen und Dimensionen – und arbeiten an Präzision, Timing sowie fließenden Übergängen zwischen Bewegungswegen.
Der Workshop legt außerdem einen starken Fokus auf Koordination und Körperbewusstsein. Er richtet sich an alle, die ihre Grundlagen stärken und ihre Kontrolle, Beständigkeit und Freiheit im Waving erweitern möchten.
Nach dem Workshop findet von 16-20 Uhr eine Waving-Session statt!
Pez ist seit 15 Jahren als Tänzerin aktiv und arbeitet in Projekten, Filmen, TV-Serien, Werbungen sowie für Unternehmen. Zudem unterrichtet und performt sie international, unter anderem in Deutschland, Südkorea, Spanien, Frankreich, Italien, Thailand und China.
2024 fokussierte sich Rocio auf den Aufbau der Berliner Waving-Community durch Events, Workshops und Sessions. Sie gründete „Wave to the Stage“ und organisierte die „Waves Within European Qualifier“ 2024 und 2025 mit. Außerdem war sie Finalistin der 3-vs.-3 Waving World Championship und Jurorin bei „Waves Within Europe“ 2025. 2026 organisiert sie zudem „Diving in Tides“ mit – die erste internationale Waving Convention.

Waving Dance Workshop with Pez on May 30, 2026!
This Waving workshop focuses on refining technique and developing a deeper understanding of continuous movement. You will learn how to maintain continuity, clarity, and control as the wave travels through the body.
We will explore how the wave moves through space by working with different directions, levels, and dimensions, while focusing on precision, timing, and smooth transitions between movement pathways.
The workshop also places a strong focus on coordination and body awareness. It is designed for anyone who wants to strengthen their foundation and expand their control, consistency, and freedom within Waving.
After the workshop, a Waving session will take place from 4–8 PM!
Pez has been active as a dancer for 15 years, working on projects, films, TV series, advertisements, and with various companies. She also teaches and performs internationally, including in Germany, South Korea, Spain, France, Italy, Thailand, and China.
In 2024, Rocio focused on building the Berlin Waving community through events, workshops, and sessions. She founded “Wave to the Stage” and co-organized the “Waves Within European Qualifier” in 2024 and 2025. She was also a finalist in the 3 vs. 3 Waving World Championship and a judge for “Waves Within Europe” 2025. In 2026, she is also co-organizing “Diving in Tides” — the first international Waving convention.
