Erotics of Liberation - Sinnlicher und somatischer Bewegungsworkshop mit Ocean am 07.03.2026!
In diesem Workshop teilt Ocean sinnliche und somatische Praktiken und erforscht das Erotische als Quelle von Kraft und Authentizität. Ausgehend von Erfahrungen als Tanzlehrer, Stripper, Performer, spirituelles Wesen und Community-Organisator liegt der Fokus auf Körperwahrnehmung, der Kommunikation von Bedürfnissen und Grenzen sowie der Regulation des Nervensystems durch Atemarbeit, Bewegung, Nähe und Berührung.
Die Teilnahme ist allein, zu zweit oder in Gruppen möglich. Alle Übungen sind Einladungen und können individuell angepasst oder abgelehnt werden. Bitte bequeme Kleidung und Wasser mitbringen; Zum Wohlfühlen unterstützende Gegenstände wie eine Yogamatte oder Stim Toys sind willkommen. In diesem Workshop werden ätherische Öle und Räucherwerk verwendet, die Lautstärke liegt bei maximal 50 dB.
Ocean X ist ein genderfluider koreanisch-deutscher Künstler und Lehrender für sinnliches Floorwork, Pole- und Lapdance und schafft Räume für Fürsorge und authentische Selbstannahme.

Erotics of Liberation - Sensual and Somatic Touch and Movement with Ocean on March 07th.
In this workshop, Ocean shares sensual and somatic practices, exploring the erotic as a source of power and authenticity. Drawing from experience as a dance teacher, performer, and community organizer, the focus is on body awareness, communication of needs and boundaries, and nervous system regulation through breathwork, movement, proximity, and touch.
Participation is possible solo, in pairs, or in groups. All practices are invitations and can be adapted or declined. Please bring comfortable clothing and water; supportive items like a yoga mat or stim toys are welcome. Essential oils and incense are used in this workshop, volume is kept to a maximum of 50 dB.
Ocean X is a genderfluid Korean-German artist and teacher of sensual floorwork, pole, and lap dance, fostering spaces of care and authentic self-acceptance.
