Wir suchen zwei neue Mitarbeitende für die kurzfristige und temporäre Erweiterung unseres Teams der Offenen Arbeit für den maximalen Zeitraum vom 01.10.-15.12.2022.

Ziel ist es im Rahmen des Projektes zu erproben, welche Wirkung wir mit unserer pädagogischen Arbeit am Skatepark durch ein Team zweier Fachkräfte an 7 Tagen je Woche erreichen. Täglich sind 150 junge Menschen auf unserem neuen Skatepark am HEIZHAUS, welche teils mit ihren Familien zu uns kommen und die Angebote am und rund um den Park nutzen.

Wir können insgesamt 56 Wochenstunden zusätzlich mit Personal besetzen, so dass wir uns dazu entschieden haben zwei Stellen für den Zeitraum zu vergeben. Es können sich Personen mit allen anerkannten pädagogischen Hochschulabschlüssen, sowie staatlich anerkannte Erzieher*innen bewerben. Bevorzugt werden sozialpädagogische Hochschulabschlüsse. Personen, welche sich selbst den Zielgruppen zugehörig fühlen, werden ebenso bevorzugt. Sprachkenntnisse (u.a. Russisch, Ukrainisch, Arabisch, Serbisch, Bosnisch) sind ebenso von Vorteil.

Die primäre Zielgruppe des Projektes sind junge Menschen, 
1/ deren Erstsprache nicht Deutsch ist und die selbst oder deren Eltern nach Deutschland gekommen sind
2/ die sich selbst als migrantisch, Schwarz und/oder jüdisch identifizieren
3/ mit Fluchterfahrung

We are looking for two new employees for the short-term and temporary expansion of our open social work team for the maximum period from October 1st to December 15th, 2022. 

The aim of the project is to test what effect we can achieve with our pedagogical work at the skate park by a team of two specialists on 7 days a week. Every day, 150 young people come to our new skate park at the HEIZHAUS, some of whom come to us with their families and take advantage of the offers in and around the park. 

We can fill a total of 56 additional hours per week with staff, so we have decided to allocate two positions for the above mentioned period. People with all recognized pedagogical university degrees as well as state-recognized educators can apply. Social worker with university degrees are preferred. People who feel they belong to the target groups are also given preference. Language skills (e.g. Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Serbian, Bosnian) are an advantage.

The primary target group of the project are young people, 
1/ whose first language is not German and who came to Germany themselves or their parents 
2/ who self-identify as migrant, black and/or Jewish 
3/ with refugee experience
